We suggest parking in the Carlton Street Parking Deck , which is right next to the Paul D. Coverdell Center. Please register at the registration desk when you arrive to obtain your name tags and program pamphlets. If you are registered for lunch, there will be a lunch ticket with your name tag. Poster boards will be available at 8:00am, and we ask all poster presenters to hang their posters prior to lunch and leave them up until the final poster session is over. Michaels Medical Mycology Symposium. This exciting one-day event will take place on Friday, April 17, 2020 in the Paul D. Coverdell Center for Biomedical and Health Sciences at the University of Georgia. The theme of GEMMMS 2020 is fungi in health and disease. The scientific program features renowned speakers from across the country that will highlight diverse areas of medical mycology. Attendees, especially graduate students, undergraduate students, and post-doctoral associates, are invited to present posters.
